Leoland acts as the connecting link between tenants and landlords, facilitating property rentals across various categories such as commercial, residential, PG, and flats through our website.
In the first strategy, if a customer discovers that a booked house is no longer available or if the landlord refuses to rent the property, Leoland refunds the amount paid by the customer.
If a landlord's property listing is found to be fraudulent, Leoland removes the listing from the website.
Leoland is not responsible for any issues arising between the customer and the landlord after the stay.
Both landlords and tenants are responsible for verifying each other's conditions before entering into an agreement. Leoland merely facilitates the connection and focuses on saving valuable time.
Leoland serves as a facilitator, connecting landlords with tenants and vice versa, with the primary goal of saving time.
Leoland does not guarantee the allocation of a specific house unless you have paid the booking amount to the Landlord, as landlords have the ultimate authority to decide. Leoland is not liable for issues arising from house allocation.
Before staying or meeting in person, customers are advised not to make any payments to avoid fraud. Payment should only be made once the tenant is fully satisfied with the landlord.
In the event of tenant-facing fraud, Leoland will reimburse the amount received from the tenant for providing them landlord contact details.
Landlord should be cautioned to avoid fraudulent calls. UPI, online payments, or OTPs should not be shared before a face-to-face meeting. Such calls are likely to be fraudulent. Payments should only be made after thorough satisfaction with the person during or after the face-to-face meeting.
Leoland extends its services to assist customers in buying houses, flats, and commercial properties. For these services, Leoland charges a base amount of ₹249 to initiate the buying.
