Please read these terms carefully before using Leoland services.

1Role of Leoland

Leoland acts as the connecting link between tenants and landlords, facilitating property rentals across residential, commercial, PG accommodations, flats, and other categories through our platform.

2Leoland's Services & Strategies

Customers can browse properties on our website and obtain landlord contact details along with property location after paying the applicable service fee (₹149 – ₹199).

Premium customers can receive personalized property search support. Based on their budget and requirements, Leoland helps identify suitable rental properties. A visitation fee may apply. If a property is booked, an 8-day service charge (Monthly Rent ÷ 30 × 8) will be applicable.

3Customer Protection

If a booked property is unavailable or the landlord refuses to rent the property after the customer has purchased the details, Leoland will refund the amount paid for obtaining the contact details.

4Fraud Prevention

If any landlord listing is found to be fraudulent, misleading, or inaccurate, Leoland reserves the right to remove the listing immediately from the platform.

5Post-Stay Responsibility

Leoland is not responsible for disputes, damages, legal issues, or disagreements arising between landlords and tenants after tenancy begins.

6Verification Responsibility

Both landlords and tenants are responsible for verifying each other's identity, documents, property condition, and rental terms before entering into any agreement.

7Facilitator Role

Leoland serves only as a facilitator connecting landlords and tenants with the primary goal of saving time and simplifying property discovery.

8House Allocation Authority

Leoland does not guarantee allocation of any specific property. Final approval and allocation remain solely at the discretion of the landlord or property owner.

9Payment Safety

Customers are advised not to make any payment before personally visiting the property and being completely satisfied with the landlord and property conditions.

10Fraud Compensation

In cases involving tenant-facing fraud, Leoland's liability shall be limited to refunding the amount received from the tenant for providing landlord contact information.

11Fraudulent Calls Warning for Landlords

Landlords should avoid sharing OTPs, UPI PINs, bank details, or making advance payments before a proper face-to-face meeting. Such requests may be fraudulent.

12Property Purchase Services

Leoland also assists customers in buying houses, flats, plots, and commercial properties. A service initiation fee starting from ₹249 may be charged for property purchase services.

13Limitation of Liability

Leoland is not a party to any rental, sale, lease, or purchase agreement between customers and property owners. Any dispute arising between such parties shall be resolved independently.

14Changes to Terms

Leoland reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
